A civil engineer by training, Mr. Lawrence is an experienced development practitioner who has worked over the past 40 years in the Caribbean and Africa. Mr. Lawrence's area of specialization is water resource planning, management and policy formulation, and he has lectured in water resource management at the University of the West Indies, Mona and the University of Technology, both in Jamaica.
